Associate Editors
The associate editors are goodwill ambassadors for the society and the journal. They attend various conferences where they listen to rural and agricultural papers and visit with the presenters. Afterwards they advise the journal staff on the best articles to recruit. On occasion, they also help host social events for the society at these conferences.
The associate editors are Barbara Kimmelman, Sara Gregg, Brian Cannon, Geoff Cunfer, Pamela Riney-Kehrberg, Jim Norris, David B. Danbom, and Jacqueline McGlade.
Editorial Board
A member of the editorial board reads and reviews every paper submitted to Agricultural History. Their mandate is to assess the relevance of each piece to the society and its members. The members serve a three-year term.
